Valentine's Day

We will celebrate this holiday of love, conversation hearts, and various pink and red candies on MONDAY, 2/14, in the afternoon. The distribution of Valentines is an optional activity, but if you do participate, remember, as usual, everyone in the class gets one! I will send a list of names home today. We want this little celebration to be fun, safe, and simple!

2/7/11 - Recess!!!

I have had some students recently who either do not want to go out to recess, or they go out and are underdressed for the weather.

They do not have a choice in this matter, there is not adequate supervision for them to choose a destination during that time. Please emphasize to them to dress for success. This may be challenging, as wearing fewer items on a cold day seems to be fashionable.

Spring is around the corner!
