With there being no school Friday, I am fearful of weekend brain freeze! So here's an early reminder of what you need for the week of School for the Wild at MacBride (this is from the handout you received recently):
4/25/12 - 5th grade parents!!
Yellow permission slips are coming home today for our fifth grade field trip to Kent Park. The trip is one week from this Wednesday (May 2).
Students will need to wear-
pants, socks, hat with a wide brim (or handkerchief tied securely to head) and sneakers/boots. No capris, shorts, sandals, flip flops or tank tops. If your student isn’t dressed appropriately, s/he will not be allowed on the bus. We are leaving right at 8:45.
Students may wear short sleeves BUT need to have a sweatshirt or windbreaker.
A day pack (draw string works well) is recommended. Please label with your name.
Bring a sack lunch (no candy or gum please), sun screen, bug spray.
No electronics. Mrs. Gordon will have a flip cam and camera.
Questions? Let me know!
